EvolTech is a Toronto-based engineering practice. We design, build, and operate AI agents and custom software for teams that measure what ships — cycle time, conversion, cost per transaction.
We're a small team of senior engineers and designers who prefer shipping to slideware. Our engagements start with the smallest useful slice and compound from there.
We're honest about what we'd build, how long it'd take, and what it would cost — and we'll tell you what not to build just as readily.
Most of our work is long-form: not a demo, but a system that runs in production, with runbooks, monitoring, and an honest handover when we're done.

We'll tell you what not to build just as readily as what to. Saying no early is cheaper than saying yes too long.
